What is the Longfellow Library Read-a-thon?

This was a HUGE successful fundraiser for Longfellow last year, and we want to continue and encourage a lot participation! This is open for everyone to participate! Friends, family, students, and teachers! We strongly encourage everyone to promote the read-a-thon by posting on their social medias with #tigerscaughtreading

You have TWO options for making a donation. You can make a pledge OR a flat out donation.

How can you make a donation?

Every student has been sent an email with information about the Read-a-thon. It should be titled: 99Pledges - Your Longfellow Middle School Read-a-thon Pledge Page. This email will say you've been invited to participate in the Longfellow Read-a-thon, and will have link embedded in the email for your personal page. On this page your name will be listed, as well as some background context on the Read-a-thon. On the right hand side there is a bar that will show the amount of money you have raised and underneath that, is a BLUE button, saying: DONATE TO (your last name). If you scroll down, you can see a leaderboard of all the classes. The class with the highest amount of donations will be at the top. Good luck!

*Note: Make sure if you make a pledge you keep track of the amount of minutes you have spent reading!
